The thing people dont realize is that 10-Q, which is an SEC form by the way ;), had to include everything from the last sec form the company filed basically. So it did include all the bad stuff from a year or two ago when they got financing through share deals and such. However all that is in the past. People just don't realize that and read it and think its all recent. Wise up people.
