Mr. Christopher P. Vallos has been Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of PC Group, Inc. since July 31, 2014. Mr. Vallos has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Siga Resources, Inc. since November 5, 2014.
