I am not comfortable with this exchange upgrade idea yet. Let's not rush for it ,we may not need it for at least a year from now. First we need to break into dollar land on our own without R/S. I have seen companies doing R/S just to get to a national exchanges , I believe, it is detrimental to retail investors in the long run. Does any one know the min share price and market cap for New York exchange. I believe it is $4 and $50 million for Nasdaq for our industry.
