BOTTOM LINE as I stated numerous times this past week: Upper tiers by nov 24th will REFUSE the council's decision in the meeting. They are out of line and quite frankly breaking laws. They cannot enact by-laws after the fact they provided a building permit for FITX mmj facility inwhich it was clearly stated in numerous paper filings and headlines FITX's intentions. Once that happens we will be in the clear and back around 3-4 cent range or higher. SMART investors are LOADING up.
