Listen, I'm pretty peeved about posting that the 10Q was going to be "on time." I feel I was led to be believe that it would be. However, when I read the texts and emails, the tone and language is always passive. So, it's really "my bad." It is true that they were saying that they believed it would be on time and the CFO thought it would be ready. No one said affirmatively, "Yes' it will be ready. I made the additional presumptions from the above.

Dammit... I just wanted them to come through and be on time... once.
