It's like a broken record

Everyone please do some DD and reading on your own. I've explained the difference countless times.

AS - Authorized shares = total shares
OS - Outstanding shares = shares not owned by company
Float - available for trading.

It's my belief that shares can't appear from thin air. Shares increased for possible divy.
