I thought I said buying based on fundamentals was silly. All I am really saying is TRTC is a speculative purchase and if one is looking for a solid financial picture of a company with no debt, penny land is not the place for you. Buying penny stocks usually is based on future potential with great risk and great reward. You can loose all your investment or make alot of money depending on the circumstances.
