MTVX- truth be told, no one on this board knows exactly whats going on with management right now and what motovox's next move will be. all we can do is speculate, whether negative or positive. a few scenarios will unfold depending on what motovox's next move will be...either the company will continue to go down hill due to mismanaging the funds received from the cerner deal or they will manage the funds properly and a turn around will happen. no one knows the amount of money that will be paid to motovox as a result of the sell...absolutely none of us, no has read the contract between motovox and cerner except for the parties involved but either way...motovox will either receive an amount that will enable them to pay off 40% of the debt as mentioned in a pr from july OR they will receive an amount that will pay off all debt and leave funds left over for share reduction and possibly more. either scenario is good depending on if motovox will use what they have diligently. the worst case scenario...motovox will mismanage the money and not pay off debt, loans and move forward with the objectives they outlined to us in the same july pr. there are many who want to see the company fail, but they dont have any expert knowlege, all they can do is speculate and so it is the same with those praising the stock in hopes that a turn around will happen. if funds are managed properly whether all debt is paid off or just 40%, there will be a huge turn around that WILL take some time...if not, motovox is doomed. i came into this stock willing to lose money on a chance that motovox will succeed, this is a low risk high reward situation. either you win or lose, as it is with all stocks because no one has any idea what the company or the market will do. the fan base for motovox is growing daily on the consumer side, this is a good thing for share holders...but as far as management goes, everything is up to speculation no matter what anyone on this board says. i will continue to accumulate shares whether i lose money or not, i trust my dd...toxic debt and all. this is my one post for the day. keep in mind, everyone on this board is speculating, everything is opinion unless backed up by concrete facts that you can see on black and white.
