A quote from earlier today:

After this last trade on July 28, 2014 the President and CEO had 0 shares left in SLTD.....ZERO. All these shares were actually sold by Mr. Nelson at between roughly .06/share and .12/share give or take a fraction.
Folks can see for themselves, the CEO and President sold every single share he owned in his company for prices much lower than SLTD has been pumped up to today. And I gotta ask, if Mr. Nelson was dumping every single share he had at much lower prices, why would any of you be buying or holding at these levels?

Regarding the claim JN has zero shares:

It appears JN has 4.76 million shares. IMO they are shares he worked hard to earn. He has the right to sell them. Fact is, if he doesn't, he doesn't get paid. Because that's how he gets paid.
