The business was definitely real, the product is on shelves at stores and online. I actually saw the product at my local Walgreens the other day. The merger also happened, to what extent it's a "phantom" I'm not sure, but the business definitely exchanged hands. And as far as I can tell in smart hands there's room for expansion.

Now the question is whether the new management plans to expand the business or dilute and run, I'm not sure. All I know is money can be made in the meantime.

So enough with pointless arguments let's make sure this runs and make some money.
