I just got back to my office after after a long hard day and I'm thrilled to see the news from the presentation today.
Something you may all find of great interest regarding JJ always presenting the hemopurifier as an adjunct therapy to drug therapy so as not to look like we are competing directly with big pharma.
LOOK AT THESE DATA NUMBERS: some assumptions I'm making... that no other anti-virals were being used at the time, viral concentrations are somewhat consistent throughout circulation, does not include virus in organs and tissue, and using an average of total body blood volume of 5,000ml. There may be some other factors affecting viral die off and replication that I'm not considering either.
400,000 x 5,000 = 2,000,000,000. total ebola viral copies in circulation before treatment
1,000 x 5,000 = 5,000,000 total ebola viral copies in circulation after 6.5 hr hemopurifier treatment
A 400 to 1 reduction of total virus in circulation.....BUT the amount of virus captured in the HP cartridge of 242,000,000 does not correlate to a 400 to 1 reduction in total viral count. If the HP alone was responsible for the 400 to 1 reduction there should be approximately 1,995,000,000 virus copies captured but the HP only captured about 12% of the total viral reduction.
This is an ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC finding. It means that the Hemopurifier is not so much an adjunct therapy to help drugs work. The Hemopurifier is truly an adjunct therapy to the body's immune system so it can work with incredible effectiveness in as quickly as just 6.5 hours. Apparently the recent findings that viral shed proteins inhibit immune response is really demonstrated here. Our HP removes these proteins along with a large amount of virus and looks like this opens the floodgates for a very rapid immune response and from that point the immune system can overcome the infection and likely do it without any drugs. I can't wait to see this same immune response in HCV, HIV, Denge and cancer!!!
