If I may say , after reading your note to TMM , I am looking for something for RICHARD to "respond" to .
It seems wholey directed to Mr. Fan .
Except for "the last paragraph" . And THAT would be hard to respond to without inditing previous management .

And the questions and probes you ask , though absolutely needful , IMO more accurately should be posed to a CC venue .

If Fan were to answer YOU individually (creating a breach of insider confidenciality) , Martha Stewart would turn into King Kong on the Empire State Building .
