Good info Chiron! Did anyone catch this small tidbit in the news update yesterday??

CEO: Yigal Shusteri - Trained as an electrical engineer, managed a public company (TVG) on the NASDAQ market and further assisting the development of energy projects around the world

Now I remember in my DD that I've heard of TVG before! I looked up TVG and it is actually TVG Technologies (TVGTF) which is no longer publicly traded.

However, if you know of SDE Energy's history, they tried or thought about going public before and it was through another shell... another shell called TVGTF!!

Shmuel Ovadia had mentioned TVGTF as a rebuttal in his Ripoff report:

SDE has checked the possibility of going public in the past and confirmed a few options. SDE considered the possibility to buy a shell subsidiary (TVGTF) in the form of stock for 10% of the company's shares. In the end it did not work out.

So Shmuel and Yigal have had a relationship for some time now. TVGTF was also an Israeli company and Yigal had a few patents for it.

I'm not sure what this tells us or if it tells us anything at all. I just thought it was interesting. I know there was a iHub forum for TVGTF. We may want to run some DD on it and find out what happened and why.
