Correct, 10q will be for old SWRF and not reflective of new entity. Proforma financials will be submitted within 70 days as stated in the 8k.

The supper 8k will be reflective of Sooum's operations for the past 2 years

but that doesn't mean the PR train cannot start flowing before the 8k is filed
