Its one year I think for another reverse, but they have convertable preferred shares they can increase the AS with. My guess and only a guess is yes probably Todd is involved. Danos did not just demote himself, IMO that sort of had to be a forced type of thing. And yes I agree Global probably has something to do with this also.
