Just for thought, is there any possibility or exclude the possibility that ERHE is the seller of shares on the open market?

It seems to me that this amount of shares may be exceeding what the first lender could convert and sell.

JMJ financial loaned $100,000, x ????? $.02, if the price reflected that number. That's 50 shares per dollar ,or 5,000,000 shares.


Have we not exceeded that number of shares sold , and then rebought by new buyers?
