Instead of a PRE14 it was DEF14, reverse split will be effective no question about it. You can come up with as many theories you want but the simple fact is you dont R/S split in the trips because the company is doing great. There are major problems and I will bet they have nothing in production, as far as the 500K private placement I'm willing to bet that fell through as well. If they dont have a patent on their formula I can get the thing to market in 30 days or less. This has gone on too long, I'm sure Throwdown will be pulling their name any day now.
