Keystone is real and ready, now is the time, I am not even sure the new majority leadership is up for the task. The war on coal, and the EPA overreach on Pebble are al symptoms of an agency making political decisions not science decisions.

Don't misunderstand , I agree BC is on hold til we see if the New Leadership can change the EPA. The Liberty focus looks good to me with the North Pipes kicker quite exciting.

I we are suggesting is the time to strike the EPA is now, the Pebble case has everything to prove the agency is amok, lost email like the IRS,

No one suggested expending Liberty funds or BOD time
