I have no specific reason to think this, but it seems to me that something (likely good) has to be going on behind the scenes. I just feel like if this was a typical OTC scam or even if they felt things weren't going to go as they hoped, they would at least be pushing out some press to maximize value for the the time being. Who knows though, just my opinion
