In the process suit, a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel was filed yesterday. Maybe Asa will be the next lawsuit against them for collection of his bill. I do see quite a pattern here of bringing people on board and then screwing them and then being sued by them (Launch it, The copier company, Southern, Process, etc). These guys don't pay anyone for long. Is Chaddie a Nigerian Prince? So where DID all of the money go? From the various sources and sale of stock, it looks like a cool 2,500,000 passed through this outfit in the past two years. That is a lot of money to pass with nothing to show for it except a grey box that no one will buy. And even at that, they do not own the grey box any more. From the Process suit, we learned that all they have is the right to manufacture the grey box. The actual IP was transferred out of the company. Who owns it now? Mr. D? AHS? The man in the moon?
