They say "the devil is in the details". More than likely, there are some specifics that the company is working through regarding the big box retailer before the PR is released. A few years ago, information about Rite Aid came out in a PR before things were totally finalized and the deal did not go through.

My thought is that the company is looking to take a methodical approach this time so the deal goes through and is implemented the right way. That and launching InkWay USA while raising funds to pay the programmers is Lenny's focus from what I can tell.

The share price should follow. Like you, I am ready for a turnaround after almost 3 years of waiting. I believe it is almost here.
