They had a loss last quarter. The prior quarter they were profitable due to a large 1-time license fee. Maybe the Oracle deal announced today will give another boost to top and bottom lines. But the 284M shares O/S will scare some buyers away. Balance sheet looks weak, so there is a risk of further dilution.
