Well, in the latest Quaterly Report (http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AXLX&id=127866) in Note 14, there is this entry:
"Axiologix Limited and Mr. Browne, as an officer of the Company,
are currently defendants in a case in Ireland being brought by the
Irish Pensions board for alleged breach of certain sections of the Pensions Act."

So why is the Irish Pension Board bringing a case against the company and Vincent Browne personally? Has there been theft of Pension contributions?

Also who bought the Peition to wind up the Company to the Irish High Court? It costs alot to do this, so there must be big debts or has Vincent really annoyed the Irish Revenue Service by not paying Taxes? Future for Axiologix or Vincent Browne doesn't look good.
