For once we agree! (Although I believe you are actually always more positive than your frustration and understandable impatience allows you to let on.) I would only add that now NPSP may become an important means to the HM end and be a possible source of at least partial self funding for HM as well as provide an underpinning that might also facilitate the forming of a JV. But yes- HM should be the ultimate focus. Unfortunately, for now- Pebble and BC should not even be a side show. At this point it can only be a source of frustration.
