OK, I was "PM'd" that the shares being sold this week may not have been new issuances, but rather legacy shareholders selling, converting, or dumping (whichever verb works) their shares.

If that's the case, the last 1billion-ish added shares I mentioned, may be incorrect, and no 8-k.

Either way, sad state of affairs if insiders are not even optimistic about the compnay that they're not even holding their shares .... sheeesh.
