No need as im very experienced in these matters.

First the NVSOS filing is black and white and easy to read. It says stock split. Even you can see that.

As FINRA they have not received the paperwork yet because first the co. Has to file the pre14C then they file all the paperwork to FINRA showing the NVSOS, and pre14c and the. FINRA will approve and then you will see the FINRA approval here.
