Donnell FAILED to take proper management actions wich resulted in Delisting..

MAYbe she will do the same with QASP and get rid of many headaches

Only after moving any viable assets into Green Mountian..

Do it Once... Do it Twice.. She is the LARGEST Shareholder with the PFD A's so she could do it my letter vote and no one the wiser for 90 days...

NHSH is the failure. However many loyal long in Q see NHSH as a just ends to a devious means to destroy Q.

So any delay, any misspelled word, any dip in price is screamed as a failure.
It's only a failure if it get halted and we all know that aint gonna happen.
