Question: With salaries near $ 200,000.00 and 15 % increase AUTOMATIC each year plus extras, what incentive do they really have towards stock price ? They can add more shares at any given time to their totals.

Equate it to the NFL. Players with incentive contracts must make big time plays or they are gone. The guaranteed money is not as common as many players did not have that fire under them. When it comes Automatically, why give the extra mile to act quickly ?
