Your right about that Doogie....but what you fail to understand is that there are millions of apartment units in the USA...that have tenants move in and out on a daily basis....the tenant leaving may have been a smoker...the new tenant wants a smoke free unit, since he or she is not a smoker...hence, the new product helps the realty company turn over the unit quickly and efficiently....pretty simple concept...new tenant happy...owner of apartment complex happy....and cost effective....Cheers!
