Claw - I noted there was a little break in your posting. I would find it difficult to believe that the officers would want to revisit another financing deal with Cornell, as this and other management decisions, appear (to me) to have raped the company.

I believe the additional shares, are needed in management's plan for all the reasons stated in the financial statements, plus to prevent a takeover.

As I understand, we are in quiet period again, in the closing of Hipcrkt. May be, as previously, the lower the pps, the lower the number of shares - the lower our payout in stock will be. Chas., selling stock, has diluted the pps more. The additional 5 bil. also dilutes the stock more. I have not researched our stock payout on Hipcrkt. You probably have. This issue may be, in the long run of things, Chas will own more shares. There is a specific reason management wants the pps down - I am only speculating.
