Hi Jim, the uncertainty of winning this LBHI case against Barclay is the reason for JPM to cash out and secure the 8.9B collateral. So basically, there are two possible sources of cash for Cts. It is either from Barclay (if LBHI wins) or from the 8.9B collateral being held by JPM.
