Punch TV Studios (formerly Urban Television Network), is a publicly traded company - Stock Symbol U_R_B_T.
Punch TV Studios is in the process of restructuring the company. Restructuring allows us to reorganize our internal structure, expand our global identity, and implement cutting edge technology to increase our company's value, and return on Stockholder investment.
We are currently trading Over The Counter with stock symbol U_R_BT, from the Urban Television Network Corporation. The company name will change to Punch TV Studios, Inc. in the near future. We are initially planning to raise $500 million dollars to restructure the company. We are planning to issue new stock at $5.00 per share. However, for a limited time you can purchase shares at today's market price.

Step 2) You will be required to fund your account with the money that you are planning to invest in the Urban Television Network Corporation "U_R_BT" (this can be in the form of a debit from your bank account, wire transfer, check, etc.). With most brokerage accounts, it can take up to 5 days for your money to post to your new stock account, as funds from your bank account must first be verified.
