Don't forget, management and employees are loaded with shares and options. For them it is equally important then for us to see the PPS go up.

They may not have as much shares+stock options as several of us have shares but still if they loose value and they cannot renew them they retroactively lose parts of their bonus packages.

I say better 100$ in a 2 year then a final 25$ right now.
