Buzz- I believe their current facility expires in March of 2015, so they will mostly likely address refinancing/cap structure before July.
I can't explain the low volume, but perhaps it works to the advantage of longer term investors. Platinum wants to convert and sell quickly...but they have over 60 million shares to unload. If the volume doesn't support them converting and selling that many shares, it gives Implant the time to arrange for a financing to hopefully take them out and prevent further dilution.
