Hey Popococo, I got a surprise for ya.

Hate to burst bubbles but per FINRA there is NO R/S to report. The only R/S that they have on file is on the link below. This occurred on 12-18-2013

Manipulators are very low on shares cause the smart ones dumped at .0001 when they found out that there is no R/S happening anytime soon. Watch that bid start to skyrocket. Then those 2's will start to get taken out. Patience is key

A very nice lady at nvsos just explained to me that the split has taken place and it increased the shares by 10 million. She will update the website soon with the effective date as 10-31-2014.
