All the things you mention are assumptions on your part, not "obvious" facts. Manzo hasn't issued a PR describing the company's EXACT relationship with Celprogen because he doesn't want to; plain and simple. Why do you think he doesn't want to? The answer is: because your assumptions and speculation are better than the reality of the matter.

A "profit (and expense) sharing partnership with Celprogen" could be great or the kiss of death, depending on the specifics of the relationship. Perhaps Celprogen's share of profit increases each time Manzo can't pay their invoice for lab work? No one knows and Manzo's not saying.
