No one is denying this is not a bank loan. No one is denying that MYEC has to be creative in getting financing because their financials are not strong yet.

I was responding to the point made that this is toxic financing due to up front fees, which is incorrect.

Nearly all loans have origination fees and points. That does not make a toxic loan.
