RNGR. Clearly SCHB is SHORT. Pre market went on BID, .08 x .78

Prior to any trades this AM SCHB went from .04 x .20 5K per to
.08 (5000) x .78 (2500) as their trading history had exposed
them as being a little SHORT. Expected behavior.
