Vin- no way would they ever disclose pricing. NONE. That would be incredibly stupid. However, a dollar figure is a stronger PR than a # of units.

Tomorrow is about the cap structure after the discussion about the sales map. Remember, many eyes are now on IMSC's products. A tsa purchase is the highest order of purchase on the planet.

1.refi-cap structure re-work

2. ramp up of prod.

3. discuss worldwide interest

4. point to likely unit vol. for cal. 2015, this number is so big that it creates problems of its own

5. discuss a second facility

6. finally, lets talk about a new product and when that product goes into certification process

Dr. McGann has basically pointed to the engine ( hardware/software) inside the b-220 and has basically said we can port that engine over to other products. This is brilliant and dovetails into IMSC's unique I-P.

For this company to vault into the big time arena, they want to be the go to product for conveyor driven trace systems. For instance, the era of swabbing comes to end as soon as IMSC intros a multi-vortex machine that finds particles much better than a sticky cloth passed around the body. There are 1000s of workers swabbing boxes begging for it yesterday. Congress wants 100% etd pkg. inspection and 100% etd baggage inspection, well in my view, IMSC delivers that for a cool 225K unit. Our parent to be is putting the #2 to those numbers right now.
