I agree. But I don't think that is the goal(Right now anyways). SVFC only wants to provide the stem cells for what ever dr needs them. I think what your link is referring to, is more about the process being exempt from 1271. Is it or not??? Which is very important because that means, "The agency(FDA) would not assert any regulatory control over cells or tissues that are removed from a patient and transplanted back into that patient during a single surgical procedure."
Its the process and how its deemed either a single procedure, which can only be true if its min manipulated or not.
Thats my take anyway
