Company Successfully Acquires Television 101 Assets

CARLSBAD, CA / ACCESSWIRE / November 12, 2014 / Strategic Global Investments, Inc. (OTC Pink: STBV) (STBV) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the negotiations and due diligence process, and has successfully concluded with an asset purchase agreement for Television101 for a combination of cash and stock.

Under the terms of the agreement, Strategic Global and Television 101 have developed an exclusive working relationship to work together on all projects initiated by either Television 101 or Strategic Global so that they will be produced in partnership, enabling both entities to jointly reach greater levels of success because of the talent and experience that Television 101 brings, and the funding and exposure that will be brought by Strategic.
