Because they are restricted for a year.. That's how you know. You cannot sell them until that time is up.

Not true at all in the scam pinks. Ceo's and insiders get opinion letters written by questionable attorneys all the time to remove legends from restricted. There's apparently no law about how soon a letter can be written. Restricted means nothing with pink sheet companies any more.
