Here are the conditioning questions for qualifying management for their
decision making.
Why wasn't management fully aware of the far more expensive costs of drilling in deep water, than drilling in land?
If they were aware of that reality, why didn't they temper the spending of the block award farm in payments, when moving forward?
Why did PN find that a slight improvement of interest fees on the $5 million in Stanford Bank was worth the risk of loss?
There are a couple more..but this will suffice
