After I posted to McSharky yesterday that I thought this would
trade like an IPO stock does, I put in a sell order @5.40 when
the ask was at 5.30. I also put AOL on it and it didn't fill but
the ask shot to 5.42. It was close to the close but I could see
the MM were playing with this so I pulled the order. Today, late
getting on but I see what I thought would happen did happen.
If I were more determined I would have sold, stayed glued to
my computer, and bought back when this dropped to 3.50 or
less today. I think now it will me many months before it sees
$5 again, so I'm stuck with the paper loss. It just makes sense
that the big institutional buyers that are going to control the
price anyway, are going to buy below whatever price is set
for the warrants. Retail rarely matters unless there is tremendous trading interest in a hot popular company that
is a common household name. Few American citizens have
ever heard about APDN.
