Maebs- oh yeah! But IMSC needs operating capital so I expect a very favorable refi, meanwhile my guess, at DMRJ they are working on the documents to fully convert,and IMSC is likely signing new notes elsewhere at 4.75%. In my opinion, there is no way they continue to pay 15.99% interest with a sales contract in hand and the likelihood of a bigger sale this June.
If we can clear up the debt/cap structure, we uplist and then possibly an early take out!
In my view, our parent to be is crunching numbers right now!
