I've been watching this one for a few months and what I have noticed is throw all hopes of good news and no dilution out the window! They will dilute at a exponential rate till trips then when they want to let her run they will release some fluff pr true or not I don't know. That being said I would put a bid in at 0006-0008 and wait for it to come to you. Then when elra is ready you could easily double your money. With all this Dilution runs are getting smaller so don't get greedy take what you can.
