Guys WTF is going on here?

I've never seen weirder behavior in OTC, merger has closed with real revenues and this is happening? Is someone sabotaging? People keep talking about slapping the ask yet nobody's actually doing it. Has the company spoken up about the situation at all? . I'll email them to see if they can hurry up some more news so this crap can stop.

There's no dilution going on right?
