If they sell the acquired assets of pt then they would have 13 billion in cash plus subscriber payments. Technically I don't see how this is this cheap right now. By corporate charter dividends will be paid to the extent of a percentage of market cap or a larger percent of any profits. These companies are somewhat regulated. They have almost twice as much cash as the market capital. Plus monthly subscriber base. If the pt assets liquidate then the cash would be about 7x's market cap.
