Like many on this board, I have held stocks until the bitter end...bk. Then, just to see it reorganize and become successful. That is a real bummer for the common shareholders. I would like to think this management team has been working on a fall back plan to sell itself and avoid bk and we common shareholders losing everything we have invested in this company. I will be very upset with management if they allow themselves to go bk. Things are simply not falling together like we all had hoped and the cards seem to be falling against us. I am still holding a substantial number of shares and know many others on this board also hold huge shares. Good luck to us all.
