My goodness, there is nothing left out, left to chance.

Trans Canada can sit on everything and everyone like a ton of legalised bricks - although we have to trust that STWA has negotiated or can be protected from gratuitous or malicious use of the ton.

No wonder those posters who work for TC are so keen to portray the NDA as STWA's excuse or cover-up of failure : it is exactly the other way round

and what could be easier or more convenient than to turn it around and to use all the material which is SO available and thus relatively SO unimportant.. and SO ready for distortion etc

The NDA is a stranglehold and it is truly squeezing now - no wonder the TC minions on this board are coming out to do its inverted equivalent -

and to pretend that because they have no restrictions as posters here that the 10q has given them a sudden ability to 'reveal' the accurate version of events.

NDA is NDA : it turns nothing around. The bigger the money, the bigger the secrets, the bigger the NDA : that is straight and
central and everything else turns around it.
